Returns at
The Plant Factory, Inc. are easy!
All you need to do is
call our Customer Service Department, and
let us know the reason for the return. We
will then let you know where to direct the
package.
As long as it is within
30 days of receipt of your shipment, you
may return ANY items for a full refund
(We'll even refund the shipping cost if
the return is a result of our
error.)
Items that are returned
more than 30 days after delivery, are in
unsellable condition, or are missing
parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee
at our discretion.

exchange an item for color, size, etc.,
please contact Customer Service, and we
would be happy to help you.
