with The Plant Factory, Inc. is quick, safe and

Finding
Items
First
you will need to browse or search for the
items you would like to order. Keyword
search boxes are located on nearly every
page of our store. You will also find our
"shop" page which contains our table of
contents, as well as similar item lists
down the left hand side of each page. When
you find an item that interests you, click
the title or picture of the item to see
its detail page. Here you will find more
information about the item, and a link
that gives you the opportunity to
buy.
Adding
Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you
want to order an item, click the "Add to
Shopping Cart" button on the detail page.
Use the top navigation bar or the
"Continue shopping" button to keep
searching or browsing until your cart
contains all of the items you want to
order. You can access the contents of your
Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the
View Cart button icon at the top of every
page of our Web site.
Checking
Out
Take a
moment to review all of the items you've
placed in your Shopping Cart. If you
decide that you don't want to purchase a
particular item, or that you would like to
order fewer or more of that item than
selected, click on the "change" link to
the right of that item. You will then be
able to delete that item from your basket,
or change the quantity. When you are
satisfied with your selections and are
ready to order, click on the "Buy
Now" link. You will be taken to the
first page of the order form.

Step 1- Shipping Information
Tell us where you would like to ship
your order.
Step 2- Billing Information
Fill in your billing address, as well
as your method of payment. Ssee our "Secure
Transaction Guarantee."
Once
you've placed your order, you'll reach a
page that will give you a confirmation of
your order, illustrating the total amount
that we will be charging to your card. We
will also send you an e-mail message to
your address as a secondary confirmation
of your order.

Your Order
Please allow 5-8 business days for
shipping. If an item is not currently
available or is on back order, we will
contact you before charging your card, to
find out if you would like us to continue
processing the order.
